Hi, my name is Aly. I'm a professional wedding and portrait photographer. My professional career as a photographer started out back in 2010 when my sister Beth started a page on fb as a hobby that featured some of her photography work. After having my first child I decided to join her on her quest! My focus turned from full time teacher to full time Mom and part time photographer. After receiving many referrals and requests for family and wedding photos, we ventured into a business started off being "just for fun" to part time job. I love that every business has a story, just like every wedding has a story. I don't think I've shot a wedding where I didn't get teary-eyed. From the vows, to the speeches every wedding is so unique with one common factor: love and commitment. We LOVE serving all of our clients. Although wedding photography is my passion and focus, I also love shooting families, seniors and children from time to time. Enjoy my blog :)

Night to shine |Tim Tebow foundation|

“I have found the paradox, that if you love until it hurts, there can be no more hurt, only love.” -Mother Teresa

Have you ever experienced joy, pure joy?  If not, you may want to hang out with some of the most loving humans on the planet at Night to Shine.  I have been volunteering, taking photos at this event for about 4 years now.  I look forward to February of every year because I get document this epic night.  A night filled with joy, laughter and good ol’ fashion fun!

“Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs ages 14 and older. This February 8, 2019, Night to Shine will celebrate its fifth anniversary! On one night, 655 churches from around the world came together to host Night to Shine for approximately 100,000 honored guests through the support of 200,000 volunteers!” (

Tonight is the night where many people with special needs gather at Family Worship Center in Pueblo, CO dressed in their best and have a prom night experience.  Tonight, I get to hang out with some of the coolest most loving people in Pueblo.  Tonight is the night I’m reminded what joy and love really is.

Every life matters, every life counts, every life has a divine purpose.

Rowell Family

  • I have the privilege of taking photos of this sweet family every couple of years.  This year was extra special because they welcomed their 7th child!  Taking their photos are so effortless and fun. I love seeing all the children grow and mature-they are truly special.  Thank you for giving me the honor or taking photos of you all.

I have the pleasure of taking photos of this beautiful family every other year or so. I can tell you, they are the sweetest families I know!!
